The "Juliet", in fact, proudly presents a completely new architecture designed to meet the expectations of most demanding customers in terms of road holding, agility and safety. It ensures both exceptional dynamic performance and excellent comfort thanks to the refined technical solutions for the suspension, steering system to a new generation, the lightweight and rigid structure made ​​of materials such as aluminum and high strength steels and manufacturing technologies to ' edge.

The driving pleasure and comfort can be tailored to the needs of each customer with the Alfa DNA selector, the device that customises the behavior of the car according to different driving styles to different road conditions. The new architecture of Juliet is designed to integrate and maximally different systems of the vehicle thus emphasizing the three set-up functions (Dynamic, Normal and All Weather) available from the Alfa DNA selector. This device, the entire range of the new model allows you to change the operating parameters of engine, transmission, steering system, Q2 electronic differential, in addition to the logical behavior of the system, stability control (VDC).

Synthesis of sportiness and elegance, the Alfa Romeo comes from new styling and technology of Alfa Romeo started with the "supercar" 8C Competizione and highlighted by the return to Italian names, which on one hand back to the glorious past of the brand, other it projects into the future the values ​​of technology and emotion.

The front extends from the "cloverleaf" with a new interpretation of the classic shield, embedded in the front bumper and suspended between the air intakes. Hence, ideally, the entire car is developed that combines energetic personality with outstanding elegance of form. The headlights adopt LED technology with "daylight" (DRL) for maximum active safety.

The profile of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta is full of character and gives the model the appearance of an agile and strong. Merit, above all, the side windows, which is reminiscent of a coupe, emphasizing the dynamism and fluidity of form thanks to the hidden rear door handles. The rib of the side gives momentum to the car while the taut lines, which close on the rear accentuate the shape of "wedge" of the car body.

The back, like the front and sides, bears a strong stylistic imprint which accentuates the impression of the car "muscle" and definitely "clinging" to the asphalt. Moreover, as the headlamps, tail lamps also adopt innovative LED technology to service not only aesthetics but also safety factor.

The interior clearly reproduce the setting of Juliet of the fifties with taut lines and a dashboard light and horizontal development. The commands to "balance" in the center of the dashboard are explicit references to the 8C Competizione. The Attention to detail and high quality materials are used, as now, the ultimate expression of 'made in Italy ".

Finally, the measures of the new car "draw" a compact and dynamic at the same time, assuring comfort and a roomy trunk (350 liters): it is 4.35 meters long, 1.46 wide high 1, 80 and with a wheelbase of 2.63 meters.

Alfa Romeo Giulietta guarantees the highest levels of performance and technology as demonstrated by a range of engines that represents the state of the art in terms of technical performance and environmental friendliness. At launch there are 4 Turbo engines, all Euro 5 compliant and equipped with standard "Start & Stop" to reduce fuel consumption and emissions: two petrol (120 bhp 1.4TB and 1.4TB MultiAir 170 HP) and two diesels (1.6 JTDM 105 bhp and 170 bhp 2.0 JTDM, both belonging to the second generation of JTDM engines). Finally, the range is the brilliant 1750 TBi 235 hp combined with exclusive Quadrifoglio Verde.

Alfa Romeo Giulietta was designed to obtain the maximum Euro NCAP rating in the future so as to offer total protection for driver and passengers. In addition, suspension, steering and braking systems have been designed to give the best balance to the new car even in extreme maneuvers.

The Alfa Romeo Giulietta series offers the most sophisticated electronic devices to control dynamic behavior: from VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control) DST (Dynamic Steering Torque), Q2 electronic differential to the Alfa DNA selector.
