La nuova Volvo S60, scolpita per scatenare emozioni

Ecco le prime foto ufficiali della nuova Volvo S60 - la Volvo più sportiva e più dinamica di sempre.

“La nuova Volvo S60 è fatta per suscitare emozioni forti. La linea e il suo comportamento dinamico la differenziano da ogni altro modello Volvo prodotto fino ad oggi. In più, la tecnologia impiegata sulla vettura aiuterà chi siede al volante a sentirsi ancora più tranquillo e sicuro”, afferma Stephen Odell, Presidente e CEO di Volvo Cars.

La nuova Volvo S60 può essere equipaggiata con il sistema Pedestrian Detection - un rivoluzionario dispositivo di sicurezza preventiva in grado di individuare i pedoni che si vengono a trovare davanti alla vettura e di frenare automaticamente per evitare l’impatto se il guidatore non reagisce in tempo.

La nuova Volvo S60 verrà mostrata per la prima volta al pubblico in occasione del Salone dell’Auto di Ginevra, nel Marzo del prossimo anno. La produzione di questa berlina sportiva inizierà all’inizio dell’estate 2010 presso lo stabilimento Volvo Cars di Ghent, in Belgio.
